so i thought i would make this blog useful since i have not used it since i got it really. I'm going to forward on my domain 205mod.com to here and post stuff about maybe my house or houses or furniture or whatever i'm into on this particular day. Today though, it happens that i put on offer in on a beautiful 1957 MCM house. well, i put the offer in on monday. And today i got the call from my realtor and it's a no go. maybe i'll write more about it later. probably not though, cause i'm lazy and fickle like that.
